I am a proven Leadership Development Advisor and Personal Life Empowerment Coach with over 20+ years' experience.
As a Life Coach, I am considered a Wellness Professional who help people make progress in their lives to attain greater fulfillment. I assist my clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. However, as a Certified Master Life Coach, I take it a step further. I will help you see where your life is right now, while also helping you to create a vision of where you want it to go and create a plan to get there. Throughout the process, I will not only help guide you, but will provide you with the support you need throughout this journey. I personally understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. That’s why my mission is simple: I educate my clients, give them the necessary tools and resources they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.
I have extensive training and experience working with clients from all walks of life. In addition to the certifications displayed on this site, I am certified in Grief and Bereavement Counseling, Depression Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling for both individuals and groups, PTSD Counseling, and have also earned a diploma for Professional Counseling for Suicidal Clients and on How to Unlearn Substance Addictions. Additionally, Key to Life also specializes in Employer and Employee Leadership Training, HR Consulting, and Strategic Planning for Business.
I stand firmly on the notion that Laser Coaching and developing is needed for personal development and growth in each person. Also, I am a published Children's Author whose book, "Daddy Why Did You Leave Us", helps young people deal with death and the grief process. The highly anticipated second children's book, "Broken", will be released soon as it explores the three "D's": Death, Divorce and Denial. Emotional Deaths are just as traumatic as physical deaths, so I want to equip our children to effectively navigate through the grief process yet again.
As your Life Coach, please know, I approach each client differently because I understand there is no one way or cookie-cut strategy. My goal is to bring experience, knowledge, understanding, and organic approaches to each client.
